    Refreshing a tabs contents after showing a modal

    Hi

    Is there an easy to refresh a dashboard area and then select a tab to display?  I have a custom dashboard tab that has a list of items with the ability to open a modal, after the modal has closed I want to refresh that list.

    Any ideas?
