There are different packages for eCommerce for Umbraco.

uCommerce

Tea Commerce

This are three packages that I have heard of when you have to build a site with eCommerce stuff.

And I'm sure that the teams behind these packages will answer if you have any questions about them. Just ask your questions for each package at their place on Our. I have linked to each package.
