What do you mean in the back end ? If so he unde Users > Sections (see if Developer is Checked).
But normally Editors dont have access to Developers section (Razor & Xslt)
Check editor permission for current page and logged in user in front end with a Razor macro.
I would like to show an link icon in front end, that will open the page in backend/editmode (shortcut for edit page).
