How to control which tabs are shown by default to certain user type.

We are launching a new Umbrco 7.0.4 installation and I've noticed that the editors are being displayed some tabs from applications instead of the "Get Started" tab by default. Is there a way to control this? Or can I define which tabs will be displayed by user type?
I imagine that when installing the URL tracker it updates this config file adding it's own dashboard. As you'll find out reading the documentation you can hide tabs based on user types so for instance admin users can be allowed to see the url tracker dashboard but a regular editor can't.
Hey, i'm trying to load a simple user control on umbraco dashboard without sucess. on the old version 6 i just need to add a tab into dashboard config a new user control and it would be rendered.
With this version the best i have is the tab rendered but nothing inside and none error on js consolve. Does anyone knows where i can find v7 documentation about dashboard?

You can manage the dashboards shown by altering the /config/Dashboard.config file.

Yes the configuration is the same across v4,6 and 7.
