    Contour Form with Umbraco 6.1.6

    I am facing problems and i cannot find a solution. The first time the form is loaded from the menu "Contact us" it looks fine.

    When i press the submit button without filling in all the mandatory fields the url is changed and the form looses the template and also cannot find the multilanguage descriptions from the dictionary.

    Finally when i fill in all the mandatory fields and press the submit button, i am getting the following error.

    I will appreciate any help on how to resolve the issues.
