Hi! In my site members can upload photo to a galerry. I find some projects of image galerries for umbraco, but all based on media and macros and it is possible to upload image only over admin console of umbraco. Is there any image galerry project where created user interface to upload photo? May be u know galerry management system, that it is possible to connect with umbraco like YetAnotherForum? To upload photo membership provider myst be used.

also is very good if members can put comments to a photo.
You might want to look at Doc2Form (http://umbracoext.codeplex.com/Release/ProjectReleases.aspx?ReleaseId=5251)
You could create a document type of "gallery image", with comment and upload field. Doc2Form will then create the form required for users to create documents. Also worth a read is http://www.blogfodder.co.uk/post/How-To-Get-doc2form-For-Umbraco.aspx
