    custom umbraco version not loading tinymce

    hi,

    i put in the following fix into my umbraco 7.1.8 build http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-5491 and created a local nuget package for this so i incremented my umbraco build number with a 7.1.8.1 so i could reuse the nuget package without having to upgrade to 7.2.0.

    however the problem is tiny MCE has stopped working since.  

    any hints at what it could be? i'm just getting a text editor box.
