there's a couple of options... all search related projects can be found in the project section

And umbraco has built-in support for Lucene (all versions) or umbraco Examine (in core as from 4.1)

Thanks for your reply.

I am giving a feature in my website users can search news articles by keywords that time i am able to display articles based on node name....

Now my problem / doubt is how to display external site links related to that key word.Means in  google if we type some keyword we are getting links same way how to get external site links in related to some keyword when i search.

Seems as two questions:

1/ use the umbraco compatible search engines as stated in first reply

2/ if you need linking to your site from keywords specified in google, that's more of an seo question. Make sure crawlers can index your site by creating sitemaps, and entering valid and adequate keywords and descriptions for each umbraco page.
