How to set up a three layer cms system with Umbraco?

    Hello dear fellow developers,

Being new to the community, I am looking for a CMS which has the least amount of changes required for the kind of system I want to design.

I want to create a system where there is an extra level, beyond the normal Admin > User model.

In my case I need a system where there are Administrators > Users > Visitors. Administrators is a user group that exists of two Admins which own the main website, and on the main website we get Users. These users register with us, and then get their own control panel for their website. This website which our client just registered, has its own FQDN, and the client has a backoffice on our main website where he can change the content of his website. When the client website is done, there is the third layer: visitors should be able to register on the client website, and get an account with some functionality there.

To the point: Is this a project which can be built with umbraco? And if so, can anybody point me in the right direction, because when I did an online search for three way/three layer cms, I literally came up with zero relevant results. My guess is there needs to be another more correc term for this kind of system. If you know it, please tell me!

In advance, many thanks for taking the time to respond.

    Kind regards,
