    Can examine index media type properties

    Extending Umbraco

    Hi,

    I have a search requirement to view both content tree items and media tree items in the same search result set.

    I have custom properties such as 'folderDescription' defined on MediaTypes that are used in the media tree.

    Does Examine index the media tree and the properties of the MediaTypes contained in it?

    Hi Nick,

    You can create custom index which fields what you want and then do search around these fields.
