    Adding a new section that just links to another url

    Just wondering if it's possible to add a new section with an icon to the bottom of the backend that just links to another url.. ie google analytics or some other backend admin page we have?

    Not without modifying the core. They are just url hash points anyway, you don't actually go anywhere else.

    Although not really a solution there is a really sweet google analytics package for Umbraco, if that is the only reason you're trying to do it.

    I was actually really hoping to link to another admin page we had generated so we could get the user administering all in the one spot..

    tried wrapping the other admin section in an iframe but then you have problems with scaling the height.. so fixed height and overflow hidden.. but alas doesn't really work because we're using a custom datagrid and adding rows and all that kind of thing don't agree with the fixed layout concept really..
