    Rewriting flat URL's on shared hosting

    I'm in a bit of a pickle. I need a way of rewriting flat URL's, and also .HTML files on a shared hosting environment. I've been speaking to www.scannet.dk, but they will under no cirkumstances change the executables on my vhost. So I can't give aspnet_isapi.dll the wildcard application mapping in IIS.

    Are there any options, other then moving to a more service-oriented shared hosting platform?

    Thank you. :o)

    i think if your hosting use IIS7 (win server 2008) you can change your umbraco web.config only to get url rewriting works.

    @eran

    Where do I find instructions on HOW to do that? What to change; what exactly it should say?

    thanks!
