I'm just in the process of upgrading my site from V4 to v5 and am a bit stumped on how to use macros in v5.
When i add a macro it just adds a view but how do i hook up a controller to that view? I need to be able to get items from umbraco like i would have done with a normal v4 maco using a .ascx file?
I'm on the same boat...I found this short article about it (http://shazwazza.com/post/Partial-View-macros-in-Umbraco-v5.aspx) which is good, but I need something with more depth. Specifically around Razor engine powered macros, anyone got any good examples or tutorials to share that would be highly appreciated!
