I don't know exactly what I did, but after installing MVC3 on my server (2008 R2) (I wanted to try out Umbraco5 on a different website) the the Razor Scripts on my old website don't work any more. I'm getting the following error.
Error loading Razor Script Method not found: 'Void System.Web.WebPages.WebPageBase.ExecutePageHierarchy(System.Web.WebPages.WebPageContext, System.IO.TextWriter)'.
The webpages (Umbraco 4.7 .NET 4) were running fine before I installed MVC3. I've seen this topic. It says I have to install both MVC2 and MVC3, but after some tries to revert to the old situation, I'm still getting this error.
After creating another (clean) Umbraco-installation I compared the two and saw there were much less packages installed in the clean Umbraco installation. I deleted MVC 2, MVC 3 and the ASP.NET Web Pages. After that, the error disappeared and everything is working fine now! :-)
Error loading Razor Script
