What does he mean by " This is created using the alternative template method rather than creating a node" ?
Also, he doesnt show how he refrenced the code into the page anyone have an example of this?
means that there isn't a node in the content tree called TVPlayer...
what this is doing is showing the page "Search", but then applying the template "TVPlayer" instead of the template set in the properties for the node "search".
I thought I had explained what an altTemplate is... eg a method to say even thought this page has this template set in it's properties you can override via the url to display the page using an "Alternate Template" ...

What do you mean by this? I dont even know what an alternative template is. Im just trying to figure out how to make the search box work.
