Ok so you can create, edit, delete members via razor but is it possible to create admin users from razor?
I have a small project where I need to create a large number of admin users ( > 50), where each user can effectively update their own profile page on the site. (and any sub pages or media items etc)
Idealy I would like to be able to;
Create the user from a form on the website,
Create a content page and media node for that new user,
Set the default content and media nodes for that user account
Have the main site admin emailed about the new user, so they can enable the user.
Also if possible, login to the admin from the website, (rather than from the /umbraco/umbraco.aspx page) and retrive lost passwords

Have a look here. This should get you started for creating backend users.
