    'Error Loading MacroEngines' in the order confirmation email

    I have a peculiar problem in the order confirmation email generation. After the order hits the payment gatway and returns back, it generates an email with content as ' Error Loading MacroEngines (Filename.vbhtml). there is now other content in the email.

    When I tested for the email template in our staging server, it works fine. The problem occurs only in the Live server. Please help me out with the probable solution.

    Hi Mohan, are you using a ecommerce package such as TeaCommerce, uCommerce or uWebShop?
