    getting DATA from Data Type GRID

    i have a data type grid inculde three columns. "weeks" "start day" "end day" enter image description here

    and then I have get all data from week columns pass into select tag in html. And now i want choose a week in select tag then i getting data from startday and endday columns of this week to pass data to server. Please help me. Thanks.
