How long can I set the macro cache time for? I have some pages that once generated will never change, but they are still created dynamically...
Is it possible to set unlimited cache? Or is there a limit; either in umbraco or based on servers?

You can set the caching asd high as you want. In theory there is not limit but the internal caching mechanism of asp.net will remove items from the cache if it needs to free up some memory.
