Hi there, I've done alot of googling and searching around these forums and not found much help for my problem.
I'm trying to get a sitemap generated for an umbraco installation for submission to googles webmaster tools.
Theres alot of chatter about sitemaps for google, but all the threads I've read seem to be asking very specific questions about other problems, I havnt found a begginers guide or a tutorial etc so I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on how to get started?
The sitemap is correct, in that it finds all the pages of my site, but I have no clue as to why it includes the blank HTML template at the bottom?
I could delete the HTML which would make the XML valid for submission to google manually, but I want to link the sitemaps URL so the changes can be updated to google dynamically.
Has anyone got experience with the googlesitemap4umbraco module?

I've installed a third party package ...
http://store.umbraco.org/product/07d15725-df52-4f30-be03-96b8f7fab35b.aspx
... which only half works at the moment.
the XML its generating looks like ...
skip to content
