I'd say: google for it, show us what you'd like to have (show us some html snippets you'd like to achieve) and we'll get you started. And: will that be a static/dynamic menu?
Just a note about menu's these days...
Avoid hover.
You can do some nice style things, consider a possible mouse over something to do something cool in there but functional things everything SHOULD and needs to be CLICK.
It is not just mobile phones, you got various tablets, you have laptops with touch screens and you have various other touch device solutions people use to access websites and web based applications. Your UI should never have a hover focused feature any more.
Graphical menu?
Hey folks, is there any good example on how to make a graphical menu with mouseover image?
Thank you in advance.

Apple menu
I've tried to google it but with no luck.

Hi Cribbe,
A good way to get started is to install creative website starter and just check out how things are being setup

Hi Tim, thank you, will look into it right away.
Any one can help me, Pelase : I need a side bar menu - the one that you see in some website to the right or left that the page scrolls with it.
