I have a wierd situation with only one of our 4.7.0 websites. Every single macro on the site refuses to update cache. We tried publishing a page and republishing entire site with no change. Contet does get updated so it is only xslt macrou output that does not get updated.
Only thing that updates it is restarting the app (editing web.config). I don't know how to investigate further.
Well if you have checked the macro setting for the caching then the brute force approach could be to do it in IIS or make a change to the web.config and this will make sure it gets refreshed
