I have an xslt file I'm using to dynamically choose templates based on the domain due to the nature of constant updates and new templates being created for existing websites and not having to change the templates to undreds of docuemnts every month. That part as worked great but now that I'm looking into getting Canvas mode setup for our site content administrators I have run into an issue where just edits the site on the RenderTemplate master page and does not load the rendered template that the masterpage's xslt macro has loaded and just shows the following error under the edit toolbar at the top of the site.

"RenderTemplate not supported in Canvas"

Is there any work around for this or a better way to acheive dynamic loading master page based on domain and be able to use canvas mode?
