Nope, nothing like that is built in. You could try using one of the online user counters out there.
Note that all of these require you to override the global.asax, I think it is safe to delete the existing App_global.asax.dll as there's only some logging going on in there.
I've used whos.amung.us a long time ago - it shows you how many people are viewing your website right now ... or how many of them have JavaScript enabled! ;-)
