I find it odd that this is not easier.
All I need is a macro that allows the designer to select a default image when adding the macro that creates an image tag.
Then the content editor can override it if necessary via the normal Document Type Field Media picker method.
I expected one of the Macro Parameter types to be media pick but none of them work like that.
