    Grab all of my media images from folder into my page as <img>

    Hi all,

    I've been baffling my head at this for days and read over dozens of articles on the forums old and new about how to get my images from my folder and display them into my page as images.

    First off I will explain what I have done, I have created an xslt file and used various code to try bring my images in and then made a macro that executed this xslt file and placed it into my template.

    However I have been unsuccessful with whatever I've done. I've tried reading this page here:

    http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/reference/umbracolibrary/getmedia

    and used the

    <xsl:variable name="media" select="umbraco.library:GetMedia($currentPage/imageAlias, 0)" />

    <xsl:if test="$media">

    <img src="{$media/umbracoFile}" alt="{$media/altText}" />
    </xsl:if>

    I'm assuming the imageAlias is my folder? I couldn't get that to work, I guess i'm doing something wrong.

    Could someone explain to me how I go achieve this?

    Thank you in advance!

    As I can't seem to edit it I'll just say what I'm trying to achieve is an image slider using the NivoSlider coding to loop through all the images in a folder.

    Thanks
