Extend XSLTSearch by searching media name

Hi all, my xslt-skills are slightly below average (or even less...) so i need some help with extending XSLTSearch to also search a specific media tree by name. I have a mediatyp called document directory which contains other documentdirectories OR documents. I need to search document mediatypes by name and include them in the "normal" searchresult.

Can anybody help me with this a bit ? I don't even know where to start...!

    Thanks in advance

Unforutnately media isn't stored in the XML cache like content is... which means XSLTsearch can't search items in the media section.

Examine would be your best option if you need to search inside media.

    cheers,
    doug.
