I am new to Umbraco and Xslt for that matter. I'm looking for some quick help to make a link in my navigation bar go to an externally hosted page. 

My site is etouchmenu.com and I have added a 'content' page titled BLOG. I just want, when clicked on, it to go to a external hosted blog page. I installed uComponents and now I am stuck trying to make the URL Picker work... I have read through the documentation but that really does not help me.

What is my next move here?
