I have just started learning umbraco and while installing umbraco i
have installed Business site starter kit along with it. But the problem
is the social media logos in the footer section of the page having 'News
article' template is not getting displayed. Any help is appreciated.

Could you perhaps post a screendump on what the page looks like?
And have you tried having a look in the browser console to see if any messages appear in there?
