How to Call a Web Service and output it as a json array in a template?

XSLT

I am accessing a webservice that is on another server, and I have created a User Control, and than made it into a Macro via Umbraco, than I have added the Macro within a template, but it doesn't work at all. It doesn't show anything at all. What gives? How to get this working?
