    Why is there no gutter for the Bootstrap columns in the Backoffice?

    I've noticed that the backoffice and several plugins are manually adding gutters to their Bootstrap columns with classes such as 'span3 offset1'. Removing the offset will cause columns to bunch up against each other.

    What happened to the default gutter that ships with default bootstrap?
