I want to add links and code samples to my project description when uploading it on our.umbraco.org but I don't see the possibility to do this in the RTE.
I appreciate that this is an old question, but I spent ages trying to figure out the same thing (how to include links in the project description) and thought I'd share how to do it.
Cut & Paste is your friend! The key is to open up an RTE in the back office of one of your sites and create the text with links there. You can then cut & paste the formatted text (not the HTML) directly into the our RTE and your links will display correctly.
Not sure about code samples, but the same idea may work.
