Using Umbraco's built in packager to create a site package. The package is successfully created but it cannot be downloaded. Through some investigation found that this is because we have Umbraco using Azure Blob storage for /media items and it seems the packager is writing to the App Service app file system.

So my question is, is there a way to change where the built in packager stores these created packages?
