Render Property Editor for Data Type?

Is it possible to dynamically render the Property Editor for a specified Data Type in U7 (latest)?

For example, if I have a reference to a "Date Picker" Data Type, which has the "Date" property editor selected in the Data Type admin screen, is there a way in Angular to say "Render this Property Editor"?
