    Media Image not showing on Thumbnails

    hi all,

    my media section images is not showing after clone from staging website but the images is physically exist inside the folder but its not showing enter image description here

    after clicking on top of the image open in new tab its redirecting like this

    http://localhost:8009/media/1080/gerry-mellor.jpg?width=500&mode=max&animationprocessmode=first

    but under the /media/1080/ the gerry-mellor.jpg is already exist in my local

    but its not showing if i remove from the above URL to leave upto the .jpg its showing

    from http://localhost:8009/media/1080/gerry-mellor.jpg?width=500&mode=max&animationprocessmode=first

    to http://localhost:8009/media/1080/gerry-mellor.jpg

    any idea please :)

    Hi Gayathri

    Can you check Umbraco log(/App_data/Logs)?

    Are there some errors?

    What version of Umbraco, ImageProcessor?

    Are the images large? I was seeing out of memory exceptions and had to use JPEGmini on some of them to get them down to where there were no issues.
