So, after that, I want to ask Umbraco developers to write the correct error with an explanation if the package does not have enough karma points.
Or you can just add some information to section, where developers create their packages.

I created the project and uploaded it to my Profile -> Projects -> Add package.
And now I can see it on the Projects page. https://our.umbraco.org/projects/
But I can`t download it with Umbraco Package Repository in my Umbraco.
