    Package installation locks css files

    Hello Team,

    I have created a ucommerce store package. Whenever i try to install this pachage from umbraco's Developer section

    it ends up into error file in use.

    An error occured The process cannot access the file 'D:.........\css\bootstrap.min.css' because it is being used by another process.

    Exception Details System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'D:.........\css\bootstrap.min.css' because it is being used by another process.

    I am really unable to figure out why i am getting this error. I have given full control to everyone.

    Please help. This issue have eaten so many hours of mine.
