    Kraken Plug-in error

    Hi guys,

    Our client has requested an Optimize Image Plug-in to his website and, after some tests, we have suggested using the Kraken Plug-in.

    We have installed the Plug-in in our environments and everything seems to work properly. However, when we deployed the package to them environments, we are getting the following error message while trying to optimize an image: Kraken.io error.

    I have checked the deployment package and all the files needed to the package seems to be there: the Kraken folder within App_Plugins folder, the kraken.config file within config folder, both kraken.dll and restsharp.dll...

    Any thoughts on this? Can it be caused due to permissions? Do you know in which folder is needed to remove the read only permissions? Probably in the config folder and media?

    Hi guys,

    An important note: in our client environments we have the media folder within a network shared folder, we don't have the media folder within the project folder.

    Can this be causing the issue?
