is there a method to retrieve current content information

(i.e width, height, unique contentId and contenttype name

eg:- 'Body Text','Header'

)

from custom grid editor similarly in plugin from RTE is it possible ?

i have project where use case:- when inserting images according to content type or width height of content , inserted image will have different dimension or cropped.
