I follow the instruction in the https://our.umbraco.com/documentation/getting-started/backoffice/property-editors/built-in-property-editors/grid-layout/build-your-own-editor and created a grid editor.
but once i open
choose content type
popup the created Grid editor not present. I tried to install already created package. but that also not showing in popup.this is happening only on umbraco 7.12.0v. work fine in umbraco 8.0.0v.

Are you aware of this package for Custom Grid Editors?

This is very useful to extend Grid and do something like your are trying to do out of the box.

ah it is my mistake grid editor was created perfectly, but it was not added to grid layout previously existed.
Now it works fine
