I successfully unpublish a node using the API in a controller and content service.
When you log into the CMS back office the node shows as unpublished.
However, when I try to manually publish this node, the green button greys out and it looks locked. But it is not actually locked, if you refresh the cms page the green button goes back to normal and the node has actually been published as it should.
Does anyone have any idea why this happens? Its like it publishes but gets stuck. By the way, the second time publishing this node works fine.
Do I have to use UpdateDocumentCache or update the cache in some way?

If you open developer tools in the browser, and then click the publish button, you should see any errors which may be occurring.
It would be helpful to post any errors here, might make it easier for someone to help you.
