Just wondering where you edit the templates for umbraco forms? Obviously can run a bespoke workflow etc but assuming there is a built in templating system?
I don't know whether there's a way to edit templates by default, but we've built a package that can be used to send nice templates emails. You could check it out; https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/perplexmail-for-umbraco/
It adds a new workflow type that can be used to sent mails.
