and I followed the suggestion of updating table cmsDataType.dbType to Ntext which worked until I republished.
I went back and checked cmsDataType table and the dbType field had been reverted back to Nvarchar.
I've poured through the umbraco config files looking for something like a config file that specifies dbType for the built in datatypes but can't find anything.
Does anyone know how I can permanently set dbType for MultiNodeTreePicker to use NText?
