    Angular JS and Umbraco dashboard

    Hi

I'm just refreshing my Umbraco knowledge after 10 months away from it. Can anyone give me a clue on how to add the value of a checkbox (attribute on a page in the website) to the dashboard. And make it possible to edit the value of the checkbox - I need to be able to turn on/off the checkbox value from the dashboard.

I've so far added a new section to the dashboard's content area, and have created a plugin for the checkbox view.

    Any clues?

    Hi Marianne Larsen,

    Welcome to our forum!

Can you show code what you have?

Adding values to checkbox you have to do via angular model.

    Thanks,

    Alex

    Hi Alex

Thanks for your reply - sorry for my late answer, i've been away :)

I don't have any code to show, as the only thing, i've done for now is to add a section to the dashboard config file and make sure that this section is the first to see, when eidtors log in to umbraco backend :)

So i'm back to zero with the coding :)

    /Marianne

    Hi again

I really appreciate your help :)

I currently have a checkbox on one of my document types that indicates if a script section is turned on or off. This checkbox would i like to access from a dashboard section so that editors see this checkbox when they login to the umbraco backend and therefor don't have to navigate to the page, where the checkbox is located.

    Hope this make sense :)

    /Marianne
