    Custom Template For Umbraco Login Screen

    Extending Umbraco and using the API

    Hi,

    I want to redesign the Umbraco login page. I will carry on using the current login method that is default in Umbraco, so the only thing I will be changing is the design of the page.

    Is there a way of overwriting the current page or editing it? Or is there a best practice way of doing this?

    Do you need markup changes or are some additional css rules sufficient?

    Hi Tim and Dennis,

    I was literally hoping to rewrite the HTML and CSS and includes the login sections for the Umbraco Backend.

    Dennis, I will try that package and will feedback if this does what I wanted.

    Check out the package Custom Login Page: https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/custom-login-page/

    This is a tweak for the login page, changing the visual of the layout. It adds a custom css and javascript injections into the Login page.

    I have used this package but when I make changes to the CSS file or JS file. The changes don't take effect? I have tried to clear cache and reload but still no change?

    Have you tried bumping the ClientDependency version number in /Config/ClientDependency.config file?
