I've been looking for some way that our client can almost check in/check out files and 'lock' them to stop others accessing them whilst they are being edited. In simple terms they are overwriting each others work!

I looked at Mylocks https://our.umbraco.org/projects/backoffice-extensions/mylocks/ but it seems to be v6 only and there doesn't seem to be a plan to support 7?

Our only current solution for the client is to unpublish before editing so that others can see this. Even then they need to refresh tree to see that, so mistakes can still happen.

Anyone found a solution or package that could do this, or any updates on the two above as to when they might support v7?
