Thought I'd make a note of this in case anyone else runs into it.
We hit a few problems during the upgrade, namely errors around table changes which we fixed with the stopgap dlls provided in 7.6.4-build7831.
Apart from that I was also left scratching my head as to why our /base api calls weren't working.
The BaseRestExtensions.config was cleared so double check that if you use it!
