How would the Examine Fluent API be used to achieve the following use cases:

1. User searches for ‘Umbraco open source cms’. Pages containing all of these words in the title (in any order) are matched e.g. a node called “open source with umbraco cms” would match
2. User searches for ‘Umbraco “open source” cms’. Pages containing all of these words and “open source” phrase in the title are matched. e.g. a node called “umbraco, the open source cms” would match

Documentation such as https://our.umbraco.org/documentation/reference/searching/examine/overview-explanation suggests this would only be possible with RawQuery(), but that page is from 2011 so wondering if there is any more recent info?
