Regarding job adverts (and specifically the job application) are covered by GDPR, so it may be a better option to find an off-the-shelve system for handling this.
With that said, a job advert is not different from any other page. Just create a doctype that covers the information you need.

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a plugin for umbraco to create job adverts and display them on a page?
I cant really find anything and the easiest solution I can think of is to tailor Articulate and instead of blogs show job adverts?
