Custom Dashboard Add Plugin

Hi, i want do new dashboard. But i need to use umbraco plugin. How can do it? How can implement umbraco plugin components to my custom dashboard?

Want Using Plugin: any multiple selectbox

Thanks, but i know how to create custom dashboard. Only i don't know this dashboard how to add plugin. I want add to this plugin on my custom dashboard:
